Choosing the right cordial for your child

Sometimes cordial is the only option we have to get fluids into our little ones due to water refusal. We always recommend water above everything and anything however at the end of the day hydration is super important and sometimes cordial is the tool we need to ensure our children are well hydrated and healthy. Firstly we recommend cordial over pure juices, mainly because they contain far less sugar and calories which can fill your little one up, cause dental problems and suppress their appetite which prevents them eating and drinking more foods/drinks with a higher nutritional value.
